A history of innovation

Our story begins in 1985 when Jean-Marc Thiboutot founded Radiateur JMT. At the time, the company specialized in repairing cars and heavy trucks. Then, quickly the mining industry began to take more and more space.

In 2003, we started making prototype heaters for the mining industry. And in 2005, we produced the JMT radiator with vibration-proof, corrosion-proof and dust-proof manufacturing technology.

The company changed hands in 2011. Ivan Lecours becomes the new owner and begins to develop the international market for the radiator that has made the industry famous.

Today Ilec Industries is recognized for the exceptional quality of its radiators. The mining industry, blasting companies and petrochemical plants can rely on our products to keep their equipment from overheating and keep producing.
